Description: Whitney morgan discounted these college guys tricked whitney, tied her up, and gagged her.  later, her captors return and find her not gagged.  they remedy this by stuffing and taping a pair of panties in her mouth to gag her again.  then, to make her more helpless, they tie her with more rope. after leaving her to struggle, bound and gagged for a while, they decide to punish her for trying to get them in trouble.  they do this by pulling the girdle up so her panties will be exposed as she struggles to get loose.
