Nanny Interview Gone Wrong Tricked Into Diapers & Adult Baby Nanny Job

Description: Molly is in need of a job, asap. she interviewed at a bar last week, and the vibes were just so off, and this is her last shot at something normal. she shows up for her interview, is greeted and instructed to sit down they dive into the traditional questions you’d expect at a nanny interview. molly calls attention to how vague the initial job posting is and hopes she can learn more about the position. molly is reminded that the pay is incredibly generous and much higher than average, and molly cannot disagree - it’s one of the reasons she applied for the job in the first place. molly asks to meet the little one, and she is told she can, but first, she needs to sign the contract and the non-disclosure agreement and is urged to fully read over all of the points within the document. molly doesn’t listen and insists it can’t possibly be weirder than other jobs she’s applied for recently and signs her name where instructed. she meets her new employer in the room next door to provide a diaper change demonstration, but molly cannot believe her eyes as a grown adult crawls into the room before her very eyes. she struggles to hide her shock, and her new boss reminds her that she signed the document. if she backs out no,w she will owe her 50,000, and molly just can’t afford to pay that. she thinks to herself that it can’t be that bad, even if it is a little weird. she manages to recover and straighten her face from surprised to joyful and insists she will do a wonderful job and her new boss will not be disappointed with her. before she can give a diaper change demonstration, her boss reminds her, as per her contract (she really regrets not reading it now!! who knows what else she signed herself up for!) that she is to wear diapers at all times during her working hours. they will be provided to her, and she will have multiple choices to choose from. molly is instantly embarrassed and attempts to get out of her fate, but it’s no use; she signed on the dotted line. she asks to be excused to the bathroom to keep some dignity, but her new boss just laughs and instructs her to change into a diaper right there in front of them both. she is so embarrassed but she does as she is told. her boss reminds her that she doesn’t want her little one to feel like the only one in diapers here - it makes sense for molly also to be diapered. once changed, she gives a diaper change demonstration, cooing at the little one lay down on the floor in front of her, making sure to use diaper rash cream and plays with toys to keep the little one from fussing. her new employer is very impressed with her work. she’s so excited for molly to begin working for them. molly isn’t sure she feels the same way, but she has committed to it now. her final instruction is to put the little one down for a nap, which she does effortlessly, giving the little one a bottle, putting on lullabies and clipping their pacifier to them. her boss reminds her not to be late for work on her start day and how truly excited she is for molly to begin working for her. molly has barely any words left and doesn’t even try asking to change before she leaves. she puts her shorts back on and tells her she will see her on monday. this is a gender neutral perspective. no gender is assigned to the pov ‘little one’.
