Nesty complete cardiac arrest and resuscitation

Description: Nesty is eating an apple and telling his friend about what happened at work. while talking, he chokes on the apple. his friend immediately tries to help. his friend grabs him from behind and applies strong pressure until nesty spits out the apple, but then nesty’s heart completely stops. he lays him on the ground, unbuttons his pants and shirt, and immediately begins resuscitation. he performs several chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth breaths. in the end, he strikes nesty three times, after which he regains consciousness. the scene is recorded from multiple camera angles.
