February 2025 Weigh In + Fat Chat (mov)

Description: I totally forgot i wanted to start the year off with a weigh in, but better late than never! unfortunately i spent the last month super sick with the flu and not much appetite, so i was nervous about how my body would be affected. luckily it turns out not much damage was done ;) and i’m happy to report my appetite is back and stronger than ever! time to get serious about working on my summer body now :p
