A formal warning, that he finally understands

Description: This idiot has no idea why i called him into the office ... i've received so many complaints from female employees again about his inappropriate remarks - despite the fact that he already received 2 formal warnings in the last 2 years. so ... it's up to him - will he be fired immediately on the spot? or will he receive a formal warning in a different way ... one that he will maybe finally understand?! after giving him a nice slap across the face, i drop a pen to the ground and order him to pick it up - and when he reaches for it, i step on his hand with my high heel shoe. i order him to kiss my high heels ... and then demand that he also licks the filthy soles of my office heels. maybe i should also use his body as my footrest? let's see if he understood this notice, or if i need to fire him still!
