Cough & belching vomiting wmv

Description: I am on another long journey, again my throat is swollen and painful. drinking brings me relief. as soon as i start drinking, i start to belch heavily, my throat rebels against it, but at the same time i feel relief. the worst thing is that a nasty and intense cough has started. the more i cough the more i feel like vomiting, the flowing, yellow phlegm floods my throat, irritating the palate so much that vomiting is getting closer. i am shaking, i can feel my throat working. it can't end like this!
