Description: Today we're checking an app i've never used, the health app! i'll tell you the average number of steps i took per day last year, and we'll go back through every month to explain why my steps were so low. i'll talk about why my steps were even lower during the months when i walked the least, and figure out what i was doing during the months when i walked a little more. then i'll compare it to how much i'm "supposed" to be walking... and you might be surprised at how much less i am than i'm supposed to be!
