Broken Toe with Dirty Feet

Description: Sarah is getting ready to leave.  as she walks hurriedly through a small walkway she hits the stairs with her toe.  sarah falls over in pain, crying and moaning.  her toe hurts so bad.  she slowly removes her high heel to see how bad it is.  it's bad, it hurts so bad and you can tell by her face that she is in pain.  sarah examines her foot and touches different areas of her toe to find out where it hurts the most.  she believes her toe is broken.  sarah continues to cry and whine about her toe.  eventually she hops away saying she needs to see a doctor.
