Flooded Cold Start on a Rainy Day

Description: It's cold and raining today, and i need to leave the house, but my car refuses to start. something is wrong. i pump the gas pedal while turning the key, but nothing happens. it just doesn’t want to start for me. frustrated, i end up begging it to work. after a while, it starts but stalls several times, as if it’s teasing me. i rev the engine to try to keep it running, and when it seems somewhat stable, i attempt to drive, but it keeps stalling in the middle of the street. other cars are passing, and i’m blocking their way. even so, i try to keep going, hoping it will fix itself, but it’s impossible. it stalls countless times in the middle of the road, completely powerless. how awful. i decide to head back home, cursing at the car the whole way. now i need to figure out another way to leave.
