Description: Clip request you are on a sandy or muddy surface, and you raise up hard on your tip toes. your beautiful calves are flexing hard, but your feet are slipping in sand or mud, as you struggle to keep your balance. you do this for 10 minutes struggling to raise on toes and slipping.i am attaching a short clip, for you to see what i am talking about.
