Portia arrested again

Description: Portia has been arrested multiple times and always has the charges dropped, but this time she has to go to court.  she is left cuffed in her jail cell for awhile and then brought out for a strip search and mugshots.  she is then put in a jumpsuit and transport chains.  she is locked in her jail cell for the rest of the clip.
