Detox is destroying my intestines HD

Description: I'm doing a detox, i have a recipe for the best smoothie to cleanse my intestines. it tastes awful, i feel like throwing up, but i manage to stop myself. after a few minutes i sit on the toilet and big brown stones fall out of my butt. suddenly i feel a burning pain, in the lower part of my abdomen, this smoothie attacked my intestines, i feel terrible, my intestines are about to explode. after a while the pain subsides and more pieces of nasty bricks fall out of me, and after everything i have diarrhea. i feel empty, but it was very painful, i don't know if i will ever do it again.
