Cyrus in the Tickling Stocks

Description: Oh, it has been so long since cyrus has been in the tickle chair and in the stocks. i feel he might have forgotten what it was like to be in the chair so i figured i'd remind him. cyrus gives out some giggles here and there when i tickle his upper body and i get a little more of a reaction when i get his inner thighs. but he audibly said "no!" when i got down to his feet. then i pulled out the electric toothbrushes!
