Choking cough, phlegm from throat & nose

Description: I've got another fucking coughing fit, this time i'm spitting phlegm from my throat and nose. i'm coughing out the window or on my knees. a choking, strong cough, pulling out all the nasty phlegm. i want to puke, because the cough is even irritating my stomach. it's a disaster!
