Cranking my 1974 Saab 99 HD

Description: I found a very old saab 99 from 1974. the exterior of the car is in very poor condition, there is a lot of rust. but according to the seller, the engine is in good condition.   well, it's time for me to check it all out. i head to the car, put on my lipstick and off we go!   the car makes a very sexy sound and i love it. but unfortunately for me, it does not want to start despite multiple cranking attempts. i pumped the pedal every way i could. fast, slow, fully pressed but nothing helped. (did the seller lie to me by saying the engine is in good condition?!)   after a long time, the battery starts to get weak and i think it's because of the battery that the car won't start. so i decide to connect the cables from my red vw golf. (which had trouble getting started too).   but despite the cables being connected, the battery of my saab 99 remains weak. i have to take it home to fully charge it and then try to start my saab again.   at the end, i unplug all the cables and decide to go to the gas station with my vw golf to put gasoline in a can for the saab. (restarting the vw golf was really, really hard because i had turned it off to unplug the cables and save gas.)   my goal is to get this very old saab to start and i am convinced that i will succeed. i am a determined girl! next episode very soon with a fully charged battery and new clean fuel!
