Ophelia arrested for destruction of property part #1

Description: Ophelia is called in to talk to a detective and is show video evidence of her crime, but she still denies it.  she gets arrested, cuffed behind the back, searched, and chained to a bench.  later she is put in transport chains and locked in a jail cell.
