Toilet after two days of constipation

Description: I couldn't stand not going to the bathroom any longer. i was already feeling uncomfortable. then today, after a work meeting, i finally managed to do it! i felt that stomach ache and didn't think much about it, i ran to the bathroom. i started by peeing and waited for the "brown" to come out. it took a while (i think because there was a lot of it). but, everything worked out! i even felt better after that toilet.
