IBD Nightmare Belly! Rubbing my sick tummy

Description: I was just beginning to make vids last week when i started to feel rough and i knew i was in for a bad time with my ibd; a nightmare that started when extreme stress first triggered my crohn’s disease 2 and a half years ago but this was the first time that a big crash happened just as i was about to make some videos and i really wasn’t sure what to do! i carried on filming for as long as i could and even squeezed a big bowl of pasta into my troublesome gut but when my bubbly, gurgly cramps began to worsen i decided to try giving myself a belly rub and to share the moment with you! i moan about my sore tummy while i tend to it and talk a little bit about my ibd issues - you can see how much my poor belly is cramping by how rough and pale i look the whole way through! you can see from the shots at the end how bloated i was as well!
