Anna: Captive Executive

Description: Lovely anna had a reputation in the boardroom as well as in the ceo's office as a top executive.  she was a sexy lady, sure, but she was also ruthless and always made sure the company was run correctly. people who did as she said would succeed, people who didn't were kicked to the curb. but there was more to anna, and her ruthlessness was not unnoticed by some younger, more ambitious executives.  they decide rather than waiting for anna to step out of the way, they would move her out of the way.  when their verbal ideas failed, they decided to instead just make her disappear.  now anna is tied up in an office in the building with her hands cuffed and tied to her ankles, and to ensure quiet, anna's mouth was taped shut. in a final gesture of helplessness, anna's big toes were tied together.   the young executives had left her to struggle while they went to fetch a company delivery van.  they'd take anna out in a dumpster to the van and then they'd get rid of her in a more unpleasant way.
