Description: A stressed out secretary is really feeling the pressure to get a project finished. she's easily irritated as when trying to concentrate on the task in hand she keeps getting distracted by emails, messages etc chugging down coffee, fidgeting, clicking her pen, trying to remain calm but the stress is building up and she's reaching breaking point. fanning herself with documents complaining about how hot it is in the office and feels like she's burning up, opening the top button of your blouse to try and get some air. the early signs of symptoms start leading up to a massive heart attack. becoming sweaty, breathless, a tightness in her chest, pains in her neck, back and spreading down her left arm. breathing heavy as she tries to power through this project that's due by the end of the day. her heart beating louder, faster more erratic like a drum banging as she clutches her chest in pain. then things get worse, that call from her boss that sets it all off. anxiously answering her phone, the boss informs her not alone does she need to have the project finished today but he wants her to give a presentation in the boardroom later that very day. she panics, trying to persuade her boss that she really needs some more time to finalise and prep wanting to push it back to next week. but it's too late, it's all set up and she tries to reassure her boss that it's all fine and he can rely on her. getting off the phone, she immediately calls her co-worker, reaching out to the rest of the team who's part of the project but with one off sick and the other not fully prepared it's a total diaster she demands she get up her to help her and to hurry up. it's all gone horribly wrong as a unbearable pain hits her chest and her breathing is now restless. close ups on chest here downblouse as her breathing intensifies. wheezing, gripping her chest as she questions where her co-worker is what's taking her so long, falling off her chair that drives her to the ground. now having a severe heart attack, her heart thumping, pounding out of her chest. sprawled on the ground struggling to breathe, grasping at her chest and reaching her hand out desperately trying to reach her phone to call 911 for medical assistance. barely able to get the words out and gasping for air as she clutches her chest, telling them to send help, that you think you're having a heart attack. waiting for the paramedics to arrive her breath starts getting shorter panting, heartbeat slowing down, barely getting air, pain so bad and still clutching her chest as she lets out a final breath looking around room in despair her heart stopping, eyes rolling and letting go slowly of her chest as her arm falls next to her. finally help arrives, the paramedic opens her blouse and administers cpr with chest compressions and the using defibrillator in a bid to revive her and restore a normal hearbeat.
