October 2024 Weigh In and Measurements

Description: Includes: weigh in, measurements, body stats another month has passed and it's time to weigh in! after pushing so intensely for gains in august, i ~meant~ to take it slow in september, let my new weight settle a bit, but as you might have expected, i just can't seem to stop myself! i expected to have only put on a few pounds but i'm pretty pleasantly surprised to learn i've porked up more than i would have imagined! i don't know what else i could have thought was going to happen, i've been stuffing my face like a hog every single day! after getting my new weight, i sit down to discuss the changes in my body stats (bmi, body fat percentage, etc), and then take my measurements! i'm really surprised at how my measurements have changed, i've gained whole inches all over in such a short period of time, no wonder all my clothes have been feeling extra tight lately!
