TURF WAR! Get Off My Case!

Description: A crime story 911   state police detectives brianne blu and rachel adams are working a big case involving multiple jurisdictions. a rival from the sheriff’s office has other ideas, as he shows up at their office to demand their case files. they refuse to step aside and that’s when the sheriff takes action.   he handcuffs them with their own cuffs and gags them right there in the office. they struggle. they don’t get out. he moves them to a different room and adds tape over their gags and their ankles to the chairs. he returns after a while and asks if they will give up their files. they agree. he gets the files and then just leaves them like that. they are still tied up!   adams manages to get out of her cuffs and releases blu as they talk about their next move which they think should be to report this incident to their boss, or maybe not.
