Description: The holidays are over and i'm back to my routine! today i woke up, had breakfast and went straight to pilates. when i got back home, i started to feel that tightness, signaling that i needed to run to the bathroom. this time, the pee came out first and, soon after, the "plops" in the toilet came. today's routine finished!
