Mouth Soaped And Whipped

Description: Bart really wants to worship ms. evelyn's beautiful feet but she insists that he must have a clean mouth first, which means she has to wash his mouth out with soap. she jams the bar of soap in bart's mouth and gives it a thorough cleaning. the second part of this clip has evelyn whipping bart's back with a thick birch rod or switch that she made him pick from a tree earlier. she leaves very visible welts on his back even though this is a short whipping.
