Description: I had eagerly accepted luke's invitation to come over to his home for a discussion about my role in the company. little did i know that this discussion would turn out to be a life-changing one. as i sat across from luke in his cozy living room, my mind raced with anticipation. what could this shift in roles mean for me? would i finally be able to prove my worth to the company? but as luke began to speak, his words cut through me.
