A little Toilet Tummyache

Description: I find it very hard to share my horrible, painful motions because i suffer so badly with crohns these days that it’s a private, sensitive topic for me and a time i want to be alone! but every now and then i’ll feel able to share, and this particular morning when i was suffering with painful, crampy bowels that were full of diarrhoea that just wouldn’t come out. i moan and i pant, my breaths area heavy and pained but i didn’t find relief from my sick intestines. at least the rub i gave my fat belly caused me to burp a few times which distracted from the discomfort gnawing away inside me. later that day i caught a short but urgent visit to the bathroom so i added the short clip i took where you can hear me unload as a bonus on the end!
