Contract Rule Number One

Description: I don't mess around when it comes to a financial debt contract. i don't mess around at all, period. but, especially not with that. this is a serious arrangement. when you enter into a debt contract with me, you must be ready for reality because it is real. rule number one, be serious! if you are a fantasy fin sub, and will never actually do this, don't waste my time. those that are in a debt contract with me are serious. if you contact me and you want this, it doesn't mean that i will choose you. i want only the best subs.
