Description: The doctor, as per usual procedure, checks the patient before surgery while waiting for the anesthetist. during the maneuvers, pain checks, hair removal checks and questions, the doctor notices an erection in the very embarrassed patient. the doctor does not accept this type of reaction and then decides to make the situation even more embarrassing, as punishment the patient will perform the operation with a plug in his ass. the patient, who has never been so embarrassed, will have to remain with his legs open and the plug inserted while waiting for the anesthetist. it must be remembered that it is always the doctor who decides in the operating room!
