Extreme Stomach Aching Diarrhea

Description: I ran to the toilet with an extreme stomach ache. this diarrhea is hurting my stomach so bad. probably from food poisoning or something. the diarrhea is running out my ass and i moan while i push out the diarrhea and also moan from the pain. but i'm glad the diarrhea is out of my ass at the end.
