Evangeline and dees Pantyhose Tickle

Description: She has been found guilty and sentenced to six months of aggressive tickling. evangeline takes her to her cell and prepares her for the torment. starting with her pantyhose clad feet and moving up to under her arms. dee laughs uncontrollably until the guard gets back to her feet where she rips the pantyhose off exposing her soles. she greases them up and starts using several devices to make the tickle torment unbearable.
