Cork cig in car after gym - coughing and spitting up phlegm

Description: I just left the gym and now it's time to fill my lungs with smoke and lots of nicotine. i don't know if the gym is working well, i still cough a lot and my chest is full of phlegm, could it be because i smoke 4 packs of cigarettes a day?
