I try to start the car while pumping its pedals(1)

Description: When i go out of my house to buy a pair of high heels it turns out that my car is broken down and does not want to start, i try many times to finally get it to work and even then i pump the pedals with my high heels trying to accelerate to keep the car running but it comes back and shuts off
