Gallstones can't stop my Gluttony SD

Description: Join me in the hospital and after my visit as i stuff my face and recap the story of how i am too fat for anything at the hospital, and also, i found out i have gallstones. i guess all that fatty food and my massive obesity is really causing my health issues, but that will never stop my gluttony. i love stuffing my face and gaining weight on my nearly 800lb growing body way to much to give up now!
