Deep inhales and holding all the smoke in

Description: You know me and how i like to challenge myself from time to time especially when i want it sooo badholding the smoke in forever and pinching my nose to keep it all inside makes for a heavenly nicotine rush. my black lungs are getting a real treat. see in close detail my deep inhales and how much, or should i say if any smoke comes out after holding my breath with my lungs full until it is completely absorbed - you can count the seconds for yourself, or better join me! well… that got me excited and left me a quite wet. what are you going to do about that?
