Description: Part 1  sybil wears a black martial arts gi and teaches hand striking techniques. part 2 sybil wears a blue martial arts gi and begins to teach basic kick boxing for self defense. she gets out the fight dummy. part 3 sybil wears a frog jacket with her black belt and teaches combinations while striking the dummy hung from the heavy bag. she then swtiches to a black and white gi top.  part 4 sybil wears pink and puts her feet in your face.
