Sarah's & Angie's Painful problem in toilet

Description: Sarah has a problem with emptying herself, it hurts her and causes constant cramps, sraha is devastated and suffers a lot. she calls angie for help, so that she supports her during this difficult situation. angie works together with sarah, they breathe together, angie holds her hand. but this stench is unbearable, angie chokes and holds her nose. nasty bombs fly into the toilet, right next to angie's nose. when sarah finishes, angie cleans her dirty ass, it's horrible, nothing worse angie has ever felt.
