6 Minutes Breath Holds and Contractions

Description: This was a couple of years ago when i was first learning to hold my breath longer. lot's of contractions and struggling. i didn't realize at the time it was much harder sitting up and i wasted so much oxygen squirming around and pounding the wall.. lol
