Description: The istanbul inquiry was a custom request where charlie monaco takes on the role of an agent sent to galata in istanbul, turkey to take down an illegal clip-sharing syndicate. she gains access to the site but is soon captured and interrogated with a twist of irony, by being tickled all over!  part 4 is the final segment where agent monaco is interrogated in a unique position, on her front with her arms strapped to a bar which suspends and exposes her upper body, whist her legs and ankles are similarly suspended in a hogtie. enjoy!
