Description: The istanbul inquiry was a custom request where charlie monaco takes on the role of an agent sent to galata in istanbul, turkey to take down an illegal clip-sharing syndicate. she gains access to the site but is soon captured and interrogated with a twist of irony, by being tickled all over!  part 3 is an upper body only clip with agent monaco interrogated in a laid back position, arms strapped at the elbows and her legs wrapped and taped down. enjoy!
