Description: The istanbul inquiry was a custom request where charlie monaco takes on the role of an agent sent to galata in istanbul, turkey to take down an illegal clip-sharing syndicate. she gains access to the site but is soon captured and interrogated with a twist of irony, by being tickled all over!  part 2 sees the captured agent monaco interrogated in a sitting position, arms stretched overhead with her legs and ankles strapped together. enjoy!
