Morning cigarette in the car - going to buy more cigarettes and coughing

Description: I woke up and realized i only had 1 cigarette left in my pack! i didn't even brush my teeth or comb my hair, because i was desperate to run out of cigarettes, so i just got dressed, got in the car, lit my last cigarette cork in the pack and went to buy more. during the journey, i coughed a few times.
