Description: Unfortunately, age always causes some physical limitations and i am not spared from them either. on the positive side, new video ideas also emerge, as you can see in this new one. since i couldn't lift my arm for a long time, i had to work with the resistance band every day. that was very exhausting, but it was worth it.
