6:11 Breath Hold Struggle and Contractions

Description: Working on getting longer breath holds. oh my is this hard! the co2 build up is insane and the contractions at times are so so hard. i really try to just get in a zone on these and feel like i'm trying to relax. but, sometimes the contractions are so strong that there is no ignoring them. i pushed so so hard to get to 5:30 and then continued as long as i can. i hope you enjoy!
