5:45 Breath Hold (Getting Better)

Description: This was when i was still learning to hold my breath longer. it's not perfect and some air snuck in after contractions but i was learning and struggling. six minutes seems reachable now! i didn't even think i could do 5:00 but i always go a little over the time and then i realize how close i was to the next marker.
