Smoking cork before taking a shower - wheezing and coughing

Description: I'm going to take a shower, but first i need to smoke my cigarette, it's the last one in this pack, so i need to savor it. my lungs are really fucked up, so i start coughing, i can't explain why, but i love it when i take a drag on a cigarette and that cough comes to me!
