Playing in a messy nappy

Description: Baby j is playing on the couch with his stuffed friends. i sit down next to him to watch him play, and immediately notice the smell coming from his diaper.  his diaper is so full and swollen with pee and very dirty, but he doesn’t mind at all and keeps playing with his plushies.  he tells me how heavy his diaper feels, and i can see why, with how swollen and full it is! we play for a little while longer, and i give a few pats on the swollen back of his diaper. finally, it’s time to change him, so i take him to get a fresh diaper. it’s definitely time for a change!
