Check and plastic pants in couch

Description: Baby j is lying on the sofa, playing with his stuffed friends. when i come over, i notice his diaper looks very full. i unbutton his onesie at the crotch, and oh my! there's a very wet and very dirty diaper underneath. i give it a few pats and press it with my hand to check, and yes, it’s really full! so, i put plastic pants over his diaper to make sure nothing gets messy while he continues playing until it’s time for a diaper change.
