Awake self intubation in snowsuit connected to a ventilator

Description: Awake in my snowsuit self intubated myself.  i use a guedal tube to help guide the tube through my windpipe.  i make a little noise with my vocal cords to also help let the endotracheal tube slide easily thru.  the coughing and temp struggle for me is normal as i am not under any thing or strong numbness. when connected to the ventilator it becomes relaxing and enjoyable.
