Waking up a very messy baby

Description: Good morning! i go to wake up baby j, who is still peacefully in his bed. when i check his diaper, oh my! it's super swollen from all the pee and so dirty! in the back, there's a huge bulge from how much he has filled it during the night.  but it's not time to change him yet. first, it's time for breakfast with a bottle of milk. after giving his thick diaper a few pats and checking it over, i put on his plastic pants to keep everything contained. now, off we go to have our morning bottle!
