Sprained ankle in the forest

Description: Today i was a bit clumsy, so i stubbed on a stump with my foot, then i kicked it with my damaged foot and  it hurts even more, i fall on a grass, took off my sandal  and started to massage my toes. then i started hopping on one foot and suddenly sprained my ankle, and then again and again, so in the end of this walk my both feet hurt.
